RE: APPROVE WORK ORDER FOR SECURITY AT WELD COUNTY FAIR AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - OROZCO SECURITY AGENCY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Work Order for Security at the Weld
County Fair between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the CSU Extension Service of Weld County, and
Orozco Security Agency, Inc., with further terms and conditions being as stated in said work order,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said work order, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Work Order for Security at the Weld County Fair between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the CSU Extension Service of Weld County, and Orozco Security Agency,
Inc., be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said work order.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of June, A.D., 2021.

Brief description of the problem/issue:
Orozco Security Agency, Inc. contracted to work for us during Weld County Fair.
What options exist for the Board? (include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options):
Weld County Fair pays Orozco Security Agency Inc. $21.00/ Hour. They are in charge of watching
the park, open and closing buildings etc. The Fair Board has already incorperated this expense in
their budget.
Recommendation:
Weld County Fair recommends to hire Orozco Security Agency Inc. for fair security needs for
duration of our event.

You have recently requested a price information from our company here is our quote for "Weld County Fair 2021".
Orozco Security Agency will provide this service at $21.00 per hour at Island Grove.
For specific purposes of provide general security services and control services determiner criminal activity's quail
disorderly conduct, in force all rules and regulations of the property manager and/or owner. Personnel always
remain on duty in designated areas and must be in uniform.
Responsibilities include:
Check in west parking lot on the open goats and lock buildings
a Check in campers and escorting to their place
® Lock and unlock buildings
Traffic control in designated areas
