Subject: Termination of Property Management Agreement
Dear Mr. Fox,
Cushman and Wakefield Property Management has managed the Weld County Property located at 822 7th
Street, Greeley, Colorado, for a number of years. We have had a great relationship; however, due to recent
tenancy changes and the County's desire to utilize those vacant spaces for County related functions, the
need to retain a property manager for the building is no longer required. Therefore, when this year's
agreement expires on December 28, 2021, the County will assume all property management activities.
Please coordinate with Toby Taylor, Weld County Facilities Diredtor, at ttaylor@weldgov.com and/or
(970) 400-2023 to coordinate a smooth transition of functions to include contracted maintenance, custodial
support, utilities, parking, etc. from Cushman and Wakefield's management team over to Weld County
management. In addition, please coordinate with Mr. Taylor for full disbursement of all funds to the County
and closure of accounts managed by Cushman.
