TO EDWARDS CHEVROLET COMPANY:
WHEREAS, the Edwards Chevrolet Company of Greeley, Colorado, has
offered $500.00 for a 1968 Mercury 4 Door Sedan County Number 3737, as trade-
in allowance on the purchase of a 1971 Chevrolet Sedan, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to
sign certificate of title Weld E 174470 conveying a 1968 Mercury, County # 3737
to Edward Chevrolet Company.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

County to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
