RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Yvette Guthrie from the Bar Association Alternate position on said board to the Bar Association
Regular Member position, with a term to expire November 1, 2021, and to appoint Steve Wrenn
to said board as the Bar Association Alternate member, with a term to expire November 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Yvette Guthrie, be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Bar Association
Regular member position, and that Steve Wrenn, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board as the Bar Association Alternate member position, with a term to expire
November 1, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 2021.
