The publication of the International Code Council, Inc., known as the International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 Edition, is incorporated by this reference as a part of this Building Code, with the following amendments: A. Section C101.1 is amended to read as follows: C101.1 These regulations shall be known as the International Energy Conservation Code of the County of Weld, hereinafter referred to as "this code". B. Section R101.1 is amended to read as follows: R101.1 These regulations shall be known as the International Energy Conservation Code of the County of Weld, hereinafter referred to as "this code". C. Sections C109 and R109 are deleted in their entirety. Delete Table 402.1.1 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to arrange for Municode to supplement the Weld County Code with the amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections in said Code.
