WHEREAS, by a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, dated the 12th day of October, 1889, and

recorded October 14, 1889, in Book 86, Page 273, Weld County Records,
o said Board declared an easement and right of way for public roadway

0 over and across the East 30 feet of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range
66 West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and other property;
and
WHEREAS, upon good cause shown, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, has agreed to relinquish,
quitclaim and vacate a portion of said easement and right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does by these presents
remise, release forever, quitclaim and vacate the East 30 feet of the
entire side of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth
P. M., Weld County, Colorado, lying south of new county road No. _31
as now constructed and shown on recorded plat as"Parcel B" and all
rights and privileges whatsoever it may have now in, over or upon the
same, to the intent that the easement and right of way may be forever
extinguished and that the present owner, his heirs and assigns, shall
and may at all times hereafter have and enjoy the premises over which
such right of way was so reserved, freed and absolutely discharged
therefrom.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of June, 1971.

and assigns forever.
