RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists, and the terms for certain positions will soon expire,
on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint and
reappoint the following to said board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2024:
• Appoint Margie Gomez — Juvenile Services Planning
Committee Member;
• Reappoint Yvette Guthrie — Bar Association Member;
• Reappoint Jason Nava — Human Services Member;
• Reappoint Kyle Ragland — Human Services Alternate
Member; and
• Reappoint Bradley Luebke — Law Enforcement Alternate
Member
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned members, be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed as listed, all with terms to expire November 1, 2024.
