RE: Annual Employee Recognition
We will honor 10 -year, 20 -year and 30 -year employees at our board meeting on Monday,
December 13th, 9:00 am., in the Assembly Room at the Weld County Administration Building
(1150 O Street, Greeley) .
It is requested tha: elected officials/department heads be here to present the award service pins to
their employees. If you are not available, please advise Karla Ford at extension 4200 and we can
have a commissicner present the pins.
Attached is a list cf employees to be recognized. Please carefully review the list for accuracy and
advise Karla Ford of any changes.
If your employees are being recognized, it is your responsibility to notify them of this
meeting. They will receive no notification from our office. Of course, it is the employees' choice
whether they attend the presentation.
