APPOINTING J. BEN NIX
LARIMER-WELD REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated February 4, 1970, J. Ben Nix of the
Weld County Planning Commission was appointed to serve on the Larimer-Weld
Regional Planning Commission for a term beginning February 4, 1970, and
ending December 31, 1970; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Nix be appointed to serve
on said Commission for a full term of three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that J. Ben Nix be and he is hereby appointed to the
Larimer-Weld Regional Planning Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Board
for a three year term, beginning January 1, 1971, and ending December 31, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on roll call:
