form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road us recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described m,d recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
'the report,plat the rood,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted.of opening of mid road,and notify the
Red Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sirty days as required by law.

Dear Sir:
Replying to your letter of the 6th, ad-
dressed to Mr. C. a, Newton, Clerk, same having been •
referred to' this office, beg to advise the following
action of our Board on the valuations and benefits
placed on the land taken for-. the County .Line road,
recently granted:
Right of way donated by petitioners. Gov-
ernment lands granted by U. S. for-road purposes, and
•accepted by the Board of County Commissioners by Re-
solution of October 12, 1889; as to any lands not
donated, the viewers are oi' the opinion that benefits -
to be derived from the granting of proposed road more
than offset any damages arising therefrom. --
We would also like to know the action of
• your Board on this road.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners,

Brighton; Colorado;
Gentlemen:-
Referring to that certain "Road Petition" signed by Frank B.
Jacobuoci et al., asking that.your Honorable Board lay out and open
a County Road approximately Six',(6) miles long and Sixty (60 ) feet
wide, the center line of which being the Township line between
Townships One (1) South and One,(1) North; both in Range Sixty-eight
(68) West; we have to say that,we are the owners; subject to certain
encumbrances of record, of the North One-half (N*) of Section Two
(2) Township.Orie (1) South; Renee Sixty-eight (68) West; Adams
County; Colorado,. and that we are agreeable'to the donation by us to
Adams County; Colorado, of a,Right of Way; Thirty (30) feet wide,
along the North line of the North One-half (Ni-) of said Section Two
(2) for road purposes only; provided,-
That any donation or conveyance of said. Right of Flay
shall be-subject to encumbrances of record.
2. That, any donation or conveyance of said Right of Way
shall be subject to Rights of Way for existing
irrigation or drainage ditches.
3. That said Adams County shall construct at its own
expense a fence along the south line of said Right of
Way in the North One-half (Ni) of said Section Two (2)
either before or concurrently with the wrecking of the
fence along the North line of the North One-half (Nz)
Of. said Section Two (2); said fence to be what is
oommonly known as a four wire fence with posts not more
than one rod apart; set not less than two feet in the
ground; :said. posts to be split .cedar posts not less than
six feet six inches long with five inch diameters at the,
`top.or better; it being understood that any material
salvaged in the wrecking of the old fence may be used
in the construction of the new fence provided said
material iEs'sound and fit for use.
4,. That if said Right of Way is not actually occupied for
road purposes within one year'froth the' date hereof or.
if said road after being constructed shall remain im-
passable or unused by ordinary vehicles for twelve
consecutive month's; the title to said. Right of Way shall
revert to the.adjacent land ownerror 'owners in the North
One-half (Ni) of said Section Two (2).
5:. That unless'the thirty (30) foot strip.,is accepted by
Adams County, Colorado; for Right of Way purposes only;
subject,to the conditions :and'reservations above stated.
and 'the County of Adaris' Colorado shall agree to build
the fence above referred to in manner herein above stated
arid maintain said highway after its establishment in good
