RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Mark Benjamin to said board as the Licensed Engineer Representative, and Matt Wagy to said
board as the Fire Department Representative, both with terms to expire December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mark Benjamin and Matt Wagy, be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, both with terms to expire December 31, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 2021.
