HomeMy WebLinkAbout740288.tiff 785 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 22, 1974, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Ardyl D. Gurnsey, Route 4, Box 117 D, Longmont, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "C" Com- mercial District to "A" Agricultural District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and 1 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission as submitted, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Ardyl D. Gurnsey, Route 4, Box 117 D, Longmont, Colorado, for change of zone from "C" Commercial District to "A" Agricultural District, said area being more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land located in the NW31 of Section 8, Township 2 CD North, Range 67 West, being more particularly described as rn follows: rr cNl c` Beginning at the N.W.
