I have previously called your office asking for a return call. I did not get one. I am inquiring on County
Road 122, just east of Grover. I worked for the windfarm on 105.
We have more than one wind farm sites and most of the employees must take 122 to get there. The
road is getting dangerous. The road grader does not maintain it very well. They are some many
washboards on CR122 that you cannot drive very fast on it. (30 mph if you are lucky).
I know it has been brought to the County's attention about paving the road. We get the answer that
there are not enough people on that road. I do not know how we don't.
There are employees that come from Cheyenne, Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins and Grover. These are
just employees of the wind farms. There are also contractors for these sites, that are not in the count of
the regular employees. There also water trucks, feed trucks, school buses, high school kids, ranchers,
farmers, and someone that may just have gotten lost.
I would ask if someone could look into this, please.
