Brief description of the problem/issue:
This is an agreement between LexisNexis (formally Lumen) and Weld County that will cut over the existing
lumen interface from Spillman to the new CentralSquare RMS system
This agreement has a one time cutover cost of $8000 and it was included in the budget
This has also been reviewed by Captain Caldwell at the sheriff's office
What options exist for the Board? (include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options):
Grant authorization for the Chair to sign the agreement
Not sign the agreement and provide additional direction for revisions.
Recommendation:
Weld County IT recommends the board grant approval for the Chair to sign the agreement.

Perfect. I already started the process to switch the name out and will put it through the normal process, I just didn't
know what all needed included.
I will start the process on getting the final subscription notice and will submit it through OnBase for the chair to sign.

Hi Josh,
I don't think the first two items need to be in OnBase; however, it would probably be good to just have them as back up
to the new Subscription notice, along with IT's cover memo explaining the situation. I've copied Legal on this message to
allow them to take a look at the Subscription Notice to determine if Mike Stearns is eligible to sign, or if we need to list
this as New Business to get Board approval for that delegation.

Good Morning Esther,
Ryan Rose pointed me in your direction to see if you could help me out. The first two attachments are an agreement
between "Numerica" (AKA Lumen or LexisNexis) and CISC (Colorado Information Sharing Consortium). The Sheriff office
is a member of CISC.
The reason its coming up now is as we move Lumen from Spillman to CentralSquare, Lumen wants us to sign the third
attachment "subscription Notice". Before I turn in that amendment do we have (or need to have) the first two
agreements in OnBase given that it wasn't technically signed by our board?
Hope that makes enough sense to look into. Feel free to give me a call to talk through it.
