To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners Weld County, Colorado : •
GENTLEMEN:— -i
Your viewers appointed on the 2 day of
1 _O__ __to view a county road prayed for in a certain petition presented to cr Honorable body on the above
rymed day and date,a copy of which has been received by us,viz.: Commencing at*
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the SouthWest Quarter of Section
3,Tp. 4, N. , R. 63 West of the 6th P. M. , Thence running due East one
mile along an parallel with the half section line to the Northeast Cor ner
of the Southeast Quarter of said Sectio,p� and connect with the present
County Road which runs south from the Yet named point and being designa-
ted as County Road No. 286 which was granted October 9 , 1889 .
Also to vacate and abandon the old County Road which runs in a North-
westerly direction over and across the South Half of Sec . 3--4--63.
It is also further agreed and understood that Mr. C. F. Harris will
donate the full line Sixty ( 60) feet off of the Entire North Side of the
South Half of said Section 3--4--63 without any expense to the County
whatever.

ROAD PETITION .
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County,respectfully represent that the
necessities of the public require a-County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: E7fill3f�i�7f3[ 7ieE
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
Tp. 4, N. , R. 63 West of the 6th P. M. , Thence running due East one mile
along and parallel with the half section line to the Northeast Corner of
the' SouthEast quarter of said Section and connect with the present County
road which runs south from the last named point and being designated as
County Road No. 286 which was granted October 9 , 1889.
Also to vacate and abandon the old county Road which runs in a North
westerly and Southeasterly direction over and across the South Half' of
Section 3--4--63.
It is also further agreed and understood that Mr. C. E. Harris will
donate the full line Sixty (60) feet off of the Entire North side of the
South half of said Section 3--4--63 without any expense to the County
whatever.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
