RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 5, 2019, the Weld County Board of Commissioners reappointed
Ronald Broda to the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board as an Alternative Member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Ronald Broda to said board as a
Regular Member, with a term to expire August 19, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ronald Broda be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board as a Regular Member, with a term to expire August 19, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D., 2021.
