There is a need to develop architectural plans that detail the construction of the obstacles and the method of installation for the Weld County Sheriff's Office Obstacle Course. This design work has been quoted at $4,950.00 using the fees identified in their bid. Therefore, the Facilities Department is recommending approving this task order in amount of $4,950.00 If you have any questions, please contact me at extension 2023. Any such Task Order shall be signed by the Weld County Facilities Director before it shall be effective. In no event shall the total of all Task Orders exceed $25,000 in any calendar year, unless first approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Any appropriately executed Task Order shall be automatically incorporated herein and enforceable. Scope of Task Order: The scope of work will include preparing architectural plans that detail the construction of the obstacles and the method of installation. Contractor agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached Exhibit in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Original Agreement between the parties. The location of the new obstacles will on a site of the fitness area. Plans will detail the construction of the obstacles and the method of installation.
