HomeMy WebLinkAbout700355 { RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Paul Lind, Rt. 1, Box 99, Windsor, Colorado, has requested permission to locate a commercial feed lot operation on the following described property, to-wit: The Northeast Quarter (NE.) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Seven (7) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing 160 acres, more or less, with drainage to the Southwest Quarter (SW-) of Sec. Twenty (20) Township Seven (7) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the said requested commercial feed lot operation is in an agricultural zone as set forth by the Planning Commission of Weld County, and WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 3 (3) (a) (b) (c) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County, said commercial feed lot operation may be authorized upon the approval of the Weld County Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended that this commercial feed lot operation be approved by resolution dated July 10, 1970, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Paul Lind, Rt. 1, Box 99, Windsor, Colorado, is hereby authorized to operate a commercial feed lot operation on the following described property, to-wit: The Northeast Quarter (NE-2-1) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Seven (7 ) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing 160 acres, more or less, with drainage to the Southwest Quarter (SW++-) of Sec. Twenty (20) Township Seven (7) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and as provided by Section 3. 3 (3) (a) (b) (c) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County, Colorado. Dated this 15th day of July, 1970.
