Commission (PC) and a subsequent hearing will be held with
the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for
the proposed project. The Agenda will be posted one week
prior to the hearing.

Hi Michael,
I went to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder and did an advanced search for Official Records. I put in the section,
township, and range to search. I applied the filter for "Request for Notification Form" (Minerals). And from there I
looked through each one to see which ones pertained to the SE quadrant and the subject property. I know from past
applications with Certarus that we had notified Encana who turned into Crestone Peak, so it was more of a confirming
that it is in fact Crestone Peak Resources Holdings, LLC. So I sent the attached letter to them at the following address:

To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Colorado State Law (S.B. 07-237 amended C.R.S §§ 24-65.5-101, et seq.) and on behalf of Certarus
(USA), Ltd. and Cannon Land Company, this letter is to serve as a notification of a public hearing to be held on
or about May 18, 2021 with the Weld County Planning Commission. A subsequent hearing will take place with
the Weld County Board of County Commissioners on or about June 2, 2021. The meetings will be held at 1150
O Street, Greeley, CO 80631. This public hearing is in response to a Use by Special Review and Site -Specific
Development Plan application for "a Site -Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for Any
use permitted as a Use by Right, an Accessory Use, or a Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial
zone districts (compressed natural gas (CNG) fill station)."
Specifically, the proposed development is located on a portion of property owned by Cannon Land Company,
Weld County parcel ID number 1309-10-0-00-006, located in SE/4 S10 T2N R66W, 6th P.M. A vicinity map is
located below. Certarus is pursuing approval of a USR permit (USR21-0055) and notification to the mineral
owners is required by Colorado State Law.
