CHAPTER 29 BUILDING REGULATIONS Amend Sec. 29-2-30. International Residential Code. The publication of the International Code Council, Inc., known as the International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 Edition, including the following International Residential Code Appendices: Appendix F, Appendix H, Appendix J, Appendix M and Appendix Q are incorporated by this reference as part of this Building Code for the purpose of establishing standards for the construction and inspection of dwellings, buildings and structures and the issuance of building permits in the County, (Appendix G of the 2012 Edition shall remain the same and be enforced accordingly), with the following amendments: Remainder of Section — No change. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to arrange for Municode to supplement the Weld County Code with the amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections in said Code. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board, if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held or decided to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
