WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, to lease from Weld County Garage, Inc. ,
Greeley, Colorado, 1 - 1964 Pontiac automobile, Serial No. 884K10963,
as per Motor Vehicle Lease agreement attached and made a part hereof
by reference, for a total lease purchase price of Nine Hundred Sixty
Dollars ($960. 00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, agrees to lease from Weld County Garage, Inc. ,
1 - 1964 Pontiac automobile, Serial No. 884K10963, upon all of the terms
and conditions as recited in said lease.
