Evidence of adequate water supply is not applicable to the TWP. On February 6, 2020, Weld County
staff stated that evidence of adequate water supply is not applicable to the TWP. A summary of that
discussion is included in section USR Procedural Guide Checklist.

This section addresses Procedural Guide Checklist, evidence of adequate sewage disposal.
