Best Regards, Jake Rosenberg Senior Consultant, ERIN Mineral Interest Owner N otification Research Summary 4D Acquisition and Consulting, LLC performed a limited tine chain search. 4D also talked to the clerk, tax assessor and then did research in the recorder's office. State statute says the notices have to go to anyone who has filed with the tax assessor and clerk to receive notices, no one has done so. 4D was also informed that Weld does not tags mineral owners and therefore does not maintain records of mineral ownership. Thus, the recorded documents were the best and only source for identifying owners. From the deeds/title that 4D located they also then searched for probate records andior used common law to identify who the heirs would be. 4D erred on the side of caution and included all likely persons.
