Home My WebLink About740562.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS , it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a proposed sale of a tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (WW1/4) of Section Sixteen (16) , Township Four (4) North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the center line of the Little Thompson River approximately 395 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Section 16; thence East along the North section line of said Section 16 to the Westerly right of way of the Great Western Railroad a distance of apprcximately 669 feet; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly right-of-way of the Great Western Railroad to a point on the West line of said Section 16 ; thence North along the West line of said Section 16 to the center of the Little Thompson River; thence Northeasterly along the center line of the Little Thompson River a distance of approximately 976 feet to the point of beginning. by Ray Hayden does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33 (a) and (b) 1963, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colroado, desires to exempt this particular division of land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Director for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33 (d) , 1963, as amended, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed sale of the hereinabove described tract of land by Ray Hayden be exempted from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as provided for in the new Weld County Subdivision Regulations at Section 2-1, A. , (3) adopted August 30 , 1972 . The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of May, A.D. , 1974. There are two complete houses on this property. Each with completely separate utilities. I would like to sell one of the houses and a part of the land. There would be no new houses constructed , only the disposal of one of the already existing set of improvements.
