Being a portion of Township 2 North, Range 64 West;
Township 3 North, Range 64 West; and Township 2
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld,
State of Colorado
Dear Mr. Parko:
We, the undersigned, are landowners of property located within the Pioneer PUD. For a
number of factors, including the fact that a significant portion of the property originally located within
the PUD has been annexed into the Town of Keenesburg and no final plan has been submitted, we are
hereby requesting the Board of County Commissioners revoke the PUD zoning for our property and
restore the previous Agriculture Zoning.
