For a number of factors, including the fact that a significant portion of the property originally located within the PUD has been annexed into the Town of Keenesburg and no final plan has been submitted, we are hereby requesting the Board of County Commissioners revoke the PUD zoning for our property and restore the previous Agriculture Zoning.
