AUTHORIZE COUNTY TREASURER
TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE 410/1968:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 410/1968 for the tax
years 1967, 1968 and 1969 on improvements only,Block 160 Evans; and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to cancel said tax sale certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 410/1968 of
the tax years 1967, 1968 and 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
County Certificate No. 410 of the 1968 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1967 with the 1968 and 1969 taxes
endorsed thereon, on Imps only Block 160 Evans & Lf vacated St on
west. Since these Imps were erroneously assessed on Block 160 and
they should have been assessed on Block 165, I request a resolution
authorizing County Treasurer to cancel County Certificate No. 410
of the 1968 tax sale.
