Regional Communication Center. Please find requested information below:

In accordance with State of New Mexico NASPO Master Agreement 90-000-18-00003AG and the State of
Colorado price agreement, the price charged by Voiance for language interpretation services shall be $.69/minute for
Over the Phone Interpretation and Video Remote Interpretation for Spoken Languages and $1.25 for Video Remote
Interpretation for American Sign Language. This agreement will begin November 3rd, 2021 and end November 3, 2022.
We request a Non -Emergency account.

My recommendation is OK to purchase the Voiance services this way, because it was contemplated in the NASPO
contract the Board approved in 2017. Might be best for you to fill out the form and ask for Commissioner Moreno to
sign. Could include it as a Consent Agenda item for the Board to approve on next Wednesday's agenda.
