TO ACT IN BEHALF OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PUBLIC LAW 91-79:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Commissioner Billings, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners,
be and he is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of Weld County, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of Colorado, this application
including all supporting instruments in connection therewith and to file it in
the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal financial
assistance under Public Law 91-79, 91st Congress.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
