A A Howard & Co Labor R11 600 00 600 00 Road IN THE MATTER 07 VALUATION UPON WHICH TO MAKE 0) TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1913----------- 0 Tree County Assessor not having made return of abstract of assessment to the Board of County commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , as required by law, showing the total valuation • /2_,0 of taxable property in Weld County for the year 1913, also the number of persons subject to Military Poll tax, and the Board not being in possession of the information necessary to make the tax levy for the year 1913, and the time having arrived when such levy should be made, it was on motion of Commissioner Geo A Hodgson, seconded by Commissioner T E Rowe, unanimously • carried, three votes AYE, ordered that the County Assessor be and he is hereby requested to make return to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an abstract of assessment showing the total valuation of taxable property in Weld County, together with the number of persons subject to Military Poll tax, for the year 1913, not later than Monday, the 17th day of November, 1913. • 633 ili a S , j // / IN TAE MATTER OF LOST TAX CERTI: CATS SALE OF 1910 C w Bixler having filed affidavit showing that on the 9th day of December, 1911 , he became the purchaser of tax certificate No. 176 of sales of 1910; that said certificate has since been lost and after diliget search he has been and is still u ,able to find same ; and he asks thti t the Board by proper order entered of record authorize the County T'reasUrer of Weld County, Colorado, to issue his certificate of redemption from said tax sales. It appearing to the Board that C W Bixler having filed his indemnity bonds In the sum of ' Ten Dollars ( 10. 00) to save and keep harmless said Weld County and all its officials from all damages that may be occasioned by said 'reemption from said tax sale without the surrender of the original certificate of purchase , it was' on 'motion ordered that the County Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to issue his certificate of redemption of re9 ' estate from said tax sales a.d to deliver his check to the said C Bixlor in p .yment of said redemption. • ,, / l ' IN TEE MATTER OF INCREASE OF 1 SALARY OF SUPT COUNTY HOSPITAL of the salary l a ofHospital Su perintendant matt er ry the County was called to the attention of the Board by an interested committee of Te '.d' County citizens, as not being in their opinion sufficient for the duties required, the Board after due consideration of the matter , and being entirely familiar with the conditions at the said Hospital and' of the services required of the Superintendant, and believing that some increase of salary of the Supetintendant of said Hospital should be made on account' of volume of services required and character of same, it was on motion ordered that the salary of said Superintendant be and is hereby increased to 075.00 per month instead of ,,65.00 as 1:eretofore allowed and paid.
