The Board having carefully conmdered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public gond requires the laying out of the rand as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adapted,end the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrant in favor of parties for damages awarded,end cause notices to be posted of opening of said rood,and notify the
Hoed Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.

at the North East Corner of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range
63 west and also in the center of Section between Sections 14
and 15, Township 7 North, Range 63 West.
The road which these gates affect was declared
an open road February 14,1928.
We have received a protest and petition that
these gates be removed and therefore will have to request you
to remove same.

to be considered in addition to those petitioned for under road
lib: 837 and which the Board agreed that it would at an early op-
portunity personally come out into that vicinity and as a Board
inspect the Lame.
They have someother petitions in your locality for con:si+..eration,
the same being set for the afternoon of September 20. I am there-
fore directed to say that if you and any other interested parties
and property owners desire to personally present facts and request
for any road matters that you will meet the Board at ?osston
