I have put all my heart and soul into ray home and ingested a lot to just have the proper next to me be turned into industrial it will kill my property value and quality of life at home! My property is directly west of property in question! My neighbors all feel the same way. I'm not sure why there's any zoning if you can just change it and place industrial land right in the middle of Ag?! There is plenty of open industrial land around here and I feel like bans garage is profiting off of the tax pager's and ruining all the hard work the residents out here have put into there homes!! I'm betting there's not a person that wants to live in commerce city in rural geld county! Please consider ghat I have said in regards to re zoning this property to industrial!!!
