End of PUDZ21 0001 MEMORANDUM FROM: Zackery Roberson Public Works DATE: May 3, 2021 PUDZ21-0001 Public Works is requesting the following changes to the resolution for PUDZ21-0001. • On page 3 item 1C. The applicant shall address the concerns of the Public Works Referral relating to access and that all work to the access shall occur at the time of Freedom Parkway construction. (Department of Public Works)" — Strike from the resolution. As PW is working with the applicant. • On page 3 item 1. D. 7 The applicant shall show and label the accepted drainage features and drainage flow arrows. Stormwater ponds should be labeled as "Stormwater Detention, No -Build or Storage Area" and shall include the calculated volume. (Department of Public Works) — Strike from the resolution.
