The Weld County Workforce Development Board convened on May 11, 2021 and included the review
and recommendation of the OneStop Operator. Employment Services of Weld County (ESWC) is the
existing OneStop Operator and the only entity to submit a bid through this competitive process. It's the
recommendation of the Weld County Workforce Development Board to select ESWC as the OneStop
Operator.
