A public hearing was conducted on October 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair
Commissioner Scott K. James, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Perry L. Buck - EXCUSED

Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
Ei I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 14, 2021, and duly published
September 17, 2021, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Highpoint Operating Corporation, do JSB Interests, LLLP, requesting a Change of
Zone, COZ21-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the C-3 (Business Commercial)
Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
e Maxwell Nader, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of the proposal
and stated the applicant is requesting a continuance to November 10, 2021, to finalize
improvements and the Road Maintenance Agreement with county staff. He noted the applicants
are aware one of the Commissioners will be absent on the requested date.
No public testimony was offered concerning the requested continuance of this matter.
Commissioner James moved to continue the request of Highpoint Operating Corporation,
do JSB Interests, LLLP, for a Change of Zone, COZ21-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District, to November 10, 2021, to allow applicant
adequate time to finalize improvements and the Road Maintenance Agreement with county staff.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Saine, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
