RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO GREELEY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Greeley Housing Authority will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners recommends the Mayor of the City
of Greeley reappoint Havilah Lilly to said board, with a term to expire September 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Havilah Lilly be, and hereby is, recommended for reappointment to the
Greeley Housing Authority, with a term to expire September 30, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of August, A.D., 2021.
