TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE 21/1971:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 21/1971 for the tax year
1970 on the improvements located on Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to cancel said tax sale certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 21/1971 of the
tax year 1970, as described above.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
County Certificate No. 21 of the 1971 tax sal; was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1970, on Imps only Sec 29 T3 R68.
As the Imps have been removed on this property and the 1971 taxes
have been abated, I request a resolution authorizing County
Treasurer to cancel County Certificate No. 21 of the 1971 tax
sale.
