Re: Fleet Services Parking Lot Revision

Dear Toby,
February 8, 2021
This proposal is in response to our discussion regarding the need to pave the area between the
Hazardous Waste Building, the Fleet Services Building and the New Truck Wash & Welder building
under construction. I have asked Wernsman Engineering and Land Development LLC to provide
the necessary engineering and appropriate construction documents for this project. This are the
same firm that will be providing the design services for the Truck Wash and Welding
Building, the Weld County Crime Lab Storage Facility, and the Startec Pavement
Replacement project.
1. Survey existing site
2. Proposed Site and Grading plan for additional pavement
around Fleet Services Building
3. Redesign of existing Fleet Services Detention pond
4. Revising Existing Approved Drainage Report
5. Acquiring City of Greeley Approval for Revisions
Items that are not included, that could be required:
Potholing/ Location of existing utilities
Pavement Designs
Soils report or soft spot remediation recommendations.
Landscape plan
Any Weld County Approval Process
Specification Book for the project.
The proposed cost for doing the design phase of the work is $17,800.00. The cost to review shop
drawings and normal construction contract administration are induded in this proposal. Time has
also been induded to assist with responses to questions that arise during the bidding and the
construction of the project. Any additional work will require an amendment to the contract.
Upon receipt of written notice or a task order, we will begin to prepare the appropriate
documents. Thank you for considering RSAP/ G2 forthis work.
Slncrly
