RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Regional Communications Advisory
Board have expired, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kevin Halloran to said board to replace Mike Knee as the standing position Sheriff's Office
Representative, and Mike Zeller to said board to replace Adam Turk as the standing position
Greeley Police Chief Representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kevin Halloran and Mike Zeller, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Regional Communications Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of February, A.D., 2021, nunc pro tune January 1, 2021.
