WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, to lease from Ellis & Capp Equipment Company,
Greeley, Colorado, two (2) International tractors and two (2) Servis rotary
mowers, as per Lease Rental Agreement attached and made a part hereof
by reference, for a total rental price of Seven Hundred Twenty Dollars
($720. 00) per month for a five (5) month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, agrees to lease from Ellis & Capp Equipment Company,
Greeley, Colorado, the hereinabove mentioned two (2) tractors and two
(2) mowers with all of the appurtenances, all as recited in the rental
agreement and lease.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LEASE
This Agreement, Made and entered into at Greeley, Colorado this 10th day of
City & State
June , 1971 , by end between Ellis & Capp Equipment Company
of Greeley , Colorado , hereinafter called LESSOR, and
County Commissioners of Weld County
of Greeley, Colorado , hereinafter called LESSEE.
ARTICLE I
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the payments and rentals hereinafter provided
for, and of the terms and conditions hereof, the Lessor hereby agrees to lease and
does lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor, the
following described property and equipment belonging to the Lessor, to wit:

OPTION TO PURCHASE
75% ❑f all Rentals paid can he applied twoard purchase ❑f the equipment
at the expiration ❑f the rental period.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental pericd for the equipment shall begin July1, 1971
and shall end November 30, 1971 . Agreed rental period is for
Five (5) months
ARTICLE III
OPERATING SUPPLIES : It is understood and agreed that the Lessee will furnish at
his own cost, all fuel, oil, lubricants and competent operators necessary for the
satisfactory operation of the equipment.
ARTICLE IV
INSURANCE: It is understood and agreed that the Lessee will provide during the
term of the lease, insurance of the type and amount satisfactory to the Lessor.
ARTICLE U
MAINTENANCE: It is understood and agreed that the Lessor will provide full
maintenance on the equipment during the term of the lease. Includes allof the
manufactures recommended service procedures and service check-ups at intervals ❑f
10, 100 and 250 hours.
