RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF HARRY S. ASHLEY AS A MEMBER OF THE WELD
COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BOARD FOR A TERM EXPIRING
JANUARY 1, 1972.
WHEREAS, heretofore and on January 1 , 1971, by
Resolution of the Board of Weld County Commissioners, Marshall H. Anderson,
was reappointed as a member of the Weld County Municipal Airport Board by
virtue of and pursuant to Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of
April 17, 1968, and
WHEREAS, County Commissioner Marshall H. Anderson has
submitted his resignation from said Airport Board and has recommended that
County Commissioner Harry S. Ashley be appointed as the County Commissioner
represented on said Airport Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Harry S. Ashley,
County Commissioner, Weld County, Colorado, be and he hereby is appointed
as a member of the Weld County Municipal Airport Board to represent Weld
County on said Board beginning forthwith and ending January 1, 1972.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote this 7th day of April, 1971.
