I, Nicholas J. Wharton, Town Administrator acting as the Designated Election Official of the Town of
Severance Colorado, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the returns of the Regular Municipal Election have been
delivered to me by the Judges of the Election, and the returns reflect the results cast in the election held on
Tuesday, September 7, 2021, and are as follows:
