RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT ON JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a hearing duly held before the Weld County Board of Commissioners on
the 13th day of November, 2019, Marlene Amat was appointed to the Juvenile Community Review
Board as the Probation Representative, with a term to expire November 1, 2022, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Marlene Amat on said board as the
Probation Alternate, with a term to expire November 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Marlene Amat, be, and hereby is, reassigned on the Juvenile Community
Review Board as the Probation Alternate„ with a term to expire November 1, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of May, A.D., 2021.
