Dear Dick:
In answer to your letter of November 30, 1973, I find that the members
of the COG Board will not have to file any financial statements under the
State's "Sunshine Law", and this opinion is directed to that question
only.
This law is directed to keeping meetings open to the public and not
presently with filing of financial statements by public officials.
In regard to the question of Mrs. Preble having to file such a statement
as mayor of Fort Collins, I render no opinion, except that I personally
doubt it.
Very truly yours,
Joseph H. Hellewell
