RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WORKFORCE
DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist and the terms for certain positions on the Workforce
Development Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
TJ Cruz to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 2024, and Julia Nisley to said board,
with a term to expire December 31, 2023, and to reappoint Carrie Haas-Vukosovich and
Lisa Taylor to said board, both with terms to expire December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that TJ Cruz and Julia Nisley, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Workforce
Development Board, and Carrie Haas-Vukosovich and Lisa Taylor, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to said board, with terms as listed above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 2021.
