Re: Western Hills Fire Protection District
Gentlemen :
At the regular meeting of June 24 , 1974 , the
directors of Western Hills Fire Protection District
[i adopted by reference the Uniform Fire Code and the
National Fire Prevention Code , and these codes are
now applicable to the areas encompassed by said District .
Your letter of June 6 , 1974 , concerning certain
violations or delinquencies in fire protection facilities
in the Country Estates Mobile Home Park was discussed
in considerable detail by the board . The board requests
J that immediate steps be taken to revise the present
Mobile Home Park regulations so that uniform fire
regulations are applicable to all mobile home parks
located in the County. The board further recommends
that uniform fire regulations be implemented so that
they would also apply uniformly to all subdivisions
in the County.
The board of Western Hills Fire Protection District
is anxious to cooperate with you in implementing the
above recommendations .
