No. 483 and for a half a mile in north borrow pit between Sections 22 (SW}) and 27 (IIWI) Town- ship 8 North, Range 66 West, and WHEREAS, Colorado Wyoming Gas Co., has signed said permit accepting all conditions therein set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be and he is authorized to sign said permit on behalf of Weld County, according to the terms and conditions therein, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this resolution. All dirt and debris to be removed from the Highway right-of-way when work is completed. -- That you maintain this line at all times and assume full responsibility -- for any damage it may cause. That you agree to pay for any repairs that must bo made to this portion of road because of this installation. That all material and labor be furnished by you with no expense to Weld County and that this work be completed within 30 days from above date. No work to be allowed on Sundays. That the travelling public be protected during this installation with the proper warning signs and signals, both day and night. That you assume full responsibility for all damages resulting from this installation. That in the event any changes are made to this highway in the future that would necessitate the removal or relocation of this installation, yon; .will do so at your own expense upon written request from Weld County. Weld 'aunty will not be responsible for any damage they may cause in the maintenence of the highway to installations placed inside the County Highway right-of-way limits. Chas. GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at Commencing at the S.F. corner of Section 22, Tp. SN. , R. 66 West and running thence due west one mile between sections 22 and 27 to the S.W. Corner of said Section 22; thence due North one mile between section 22 and 21 to the N.W. Corner of said Section 22; thence due East one mile between section 22 and 15 to the N. E. Corner of 'said section 22 thereof and connecting with the present county road run:, Wing North and South at the last named point , said road running on the South, West and North aide of said section 22. • Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
