support. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $169,165.54 to $180,077.97.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $169,165.54 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2100082 Cisco
maintenance and support to Zivaro Inc, for a total amount of $169,165.54.
