NE4 and NW4 PORTION:
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, held on Wednesday, May 17, 1972, Mr. C. E. Kennedy
and Mr. H. C. Kennedy appeared before the Board and presented their request and
reasons for the extension of their Land Use Permit, and
WHEREAS, on motion the Board granted an extension for the Land Use
Permit as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that the Land Use Permit as granted to H. C. and C. E.
Kennedy on June 2, 1971, be and it is hereby extended to January 1, .1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly mad and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

In regard to our phone conversation of last week , I
wish to restate the following items concerning your
plans in this area .
1 . The Special Use for egg production expires
June 2 , 1972 , therefore some progress in this direc-
tion must be made and a request for an extension
made to the County Commissioners office if you are
to complete your plans .
2 . While you have recorded land as undivided
interests , this in no way allows a subdivision or
building sites thereon for the property owners . The
egg facilities excepted .
3 . It is incumbent upon you to inform the var-
ious owners of the above limitations .
