DURATION OF PERMIT FROM: 12/31/74, 8:00 p.m. TO: 1/ 1/75, 2:00 a.m. WHEREAS, the Wattenberg Improvement Association, Inc. of Wattenberg, Colorado, has presented to the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Special Events County Retail License for sale of 3.2% beer only, and WHEREAS, the applicant, having tendered to the County Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado the sum of ($25.00) Twenty-five dollars pursuant to the laws providing therefore in payment for a retail license for the sale of Beer, Vinous and Spirituous liquors only, outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld, at the location described as follows: Highway #6 on Grace Street, Wattenberg, Colorado. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined the said application and the other qualifications of the applicant, does hereby grant license number 75-17 to said applicant to sell Malt, Vinous and Spirituous liquors only at said place, and does hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by the Chairman of the Board, attested to by the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado good for one (1) day only: 12/31/74, 8:00 p.m. to 1/1/75, 2:00 a.m., unless sooner revoked, according to law provided, however, that said license shall be issued upon the express condition and agreement that the place where said licensee is authorized to sell Malt, Vinous and Spirituous liquors under said license will be conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado and regulations relating thereto heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violation or violations thereof will be cause for revocation of the license.
