The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the low bidder, 4 -Rivers Equipment of Fort
Collins, for five (5) 2021 John Deere 772GP Motor Graders.
The base price of the motor graders is $279,925.00 each. We would like the following options: Option 1 (one ,
opening window) included in the base price, Option 2 (Rylind MDPX 1470-PL20 "Folding -V' Snow Plow at a
cost of $21,500.00 each, Option 3 (Complete set of maintenance, parts, and service manuals [On-line only])
included in base price.
The cost of five (5) 2021 John Deere 772GP Motor Graders from 4 -Rivers Equipment of Fort Collins with the
above options is $1,507,125.00
There is $1,920,000.00 budgeted for this purchase.

Options
1. One opening window to provide ventilation beside or behind the operator's seat.
2. Rylind MDPX 1470-PL20 Multi -Directional "Folding -V" Snowplow for plowing snow and is considered a quick attachment which attaches
to the Balderson Model #BLQ-12 or like front lift group.Nose height must be a minimum of 42" the discharge height must be A minimum of
70", equipped with a minimum of two adjustable running shoes. Cutting width must be a minimum of 9'6" and overall width must not exceed
14', thickness of steel used must be at least 3/16" Center pin with greaseable hinge points, double acting 4" cylinders
30-drgree angle — left, right, "V" and scoop positions. All hydraulic and electrical requirements to connect machine to plow including all
hoses, fittings and valves to control the plow from inside the cab must be included. Hydraulic fittings need to be screw-on/threaded
